The associated scope also includes new infrastructure including underground utilities, roadways, sidewalks, perimeter fencing, landscaping and other site improvements.The overall project will replace the existing Louisville VA Medical Center (Robley Rex), which opened in 1952. The existing property will be disposed of once vacated.
