He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), where he previously chaired the Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Oleksiuk earned an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a BA from the Pennsylvania State University.
