Manages relationships with landlord, architects, engineers, and contractors, communicating agency needs and facilitating collaboration between parties.Utilized lessons learned to design solicitation for prospective sites for a new HQ for the office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB) and evaluate candidate properties.
