I’m a licensed Minnesota and Wisconsin REALTOR® and an experienced real estate leader with over a decade of helping agents grow their businesses, strengthen skills, and build a successful business. For over eleven years, I served in various leadership roles at Keller Williams Premier Realty—supporting a 110+ agent office and helped with various tasks which include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, document compliance, operations, and training. I’ve taught many different types of classes, led career nights, built individualized business plans, and created a welcoming and supporting culture that helps new and experienced agents thrive.Some of my strengths according to CliftonStrengths include communication, strategic thinking, development, being positive, and including others.
