About Zac Montague
I\'m a physics PhD candidate at the University of Washington where I have spent the last 6 years developing machine learning and statistical inference models to interpret large-scale, high-dimensional multimodal biological data. My main focus has been the statistics and dynamics of immune B cell and T cell repertoires using multimodal omics data. I have also developed expertise in modeling protein structure-function maps with machine learning techniques and contributed to projects on viral-immune coevolution using information theory and stochastic thermodynamics in addition to projects on modeling and control of complex systems.
