Execute the efficient scheduling of (4) Landscape Enhancement Crews and (1) Irrigation Crew. Allocate employee assignments, vehicles, equipment, materials and tools.2. Inventory, identify and issue tools, equipment, and other assets to company personnel, documenting each issued item.3. Execute the ordering, delivery and tagging of material for jobs.4. Assist in the proper and clean organization and maintenance of supplies and materials.5. Coordinate, facilitate and supervise additional services performed by crews such as fall mulching, integrated pest management and the flower pot rotation program.6. Partner with Mechanic and Branch Manager to address defects and recommendations for asset purchases/disposals.7. Participate in Branch ice management/snow removal planning and operations8. Manage field crew team members, including hiring, promotion, team development, pay raises, and performance9. Lead crew orientation/safety programs to ensure that all crew members are trained according to company policy10. Ensure all crew members are in possession of and properly using personal protective equipment and following safety procedures11. Ensure the timely, proper reporting and handling of employee job-related personnel or vehicle related accidents, injuries or illnesses. Ensure proper completion of all related paperwork12. Assist the Branch Administrator/Bookkeeper in resolving accounts payable issues with vendors.Ensure required data is entered and kept accurate in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.13. Review and understand contractual obligations for all work which is assigned14. Communicate with Landscape Consultant(s) on a regular basis to ensure that expectations are being met and clients concerns and requests are addressed in a timely manner15. Coordinate and undertake assessments of all properties to ensure that quality is upheld and communication is consistent16. Support Branch marketing and sales efforts
