ABOUT ZACH IRONSIDE
Hi, my name is Zach Ironside. I am a student at Lehigh University pursuing a degree in Sociology, with minors in Architecture and International Relations. My academic interests center on understanding how the built environment shapes human experience, and how design can better reflect the needs and voices of the people who live within it.I’m particularly interested in bridging the gap between architecture and its users—ensuring that structures are not only functional, but responsive to the communities they serve.In addition, I am a cadet in the Steel Battalion, Lehigh’s ROTC program. Through ROTC, I’ve developed leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills that will prepare me to serve as an officer in the United States Army.
