Lead the global product development process from ideation to deployment - Ensure that the Collibra platform is aligned with the strategic goals of the organization - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap for the Collibra platform - Prioritize features and enhancements, and oversee the development and launch of new features - Subject matter expert for Collibra (Technical and Business)- Responsible for the daily running and management of Collibra - Develop and maintain an ongoing roadmap to manage stakeholder deliverables, incorporating technical, organizational, and risks objectives - Ensure that the Collibra platform continually meets the needs of SWX and stakeholders - Be a solution provider to problems (workshops, demonstrations, training, awareness, analysis, deep dives)- Work with stakeholders at all levels in the development of Collibra features - Manage the features and enhancements, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering value and compliance to the organization - Monitor the performance of the Collibra platform, identifying areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on the status of the Collibra platform and responding to feedback and requests - Provide management reporting to support awareness, roadmaps, deliverables, and success stories
