About Zachary Hoffman

As a rising senior at the Kelley School of Business, I am a hard working determined individual with a prospective future in the financial industry. My determination, and adaptability have helped me achieve success and develop and grow as an individual student and employee. Growing up in the New York City Public school system has played a huge impact on molding who I am. It played a role in developing skills such as overcoming adversity, perseverance, ingenuity and individuality. Taking the subway to school every day developed an understanding of managing people and time management. Being exposed to people all around the world has incorporated my ability to understand people\'s emotions and help lead them to work as a team in a group setting. Being a captain of my baseball team showed my leadership under pressure, emphasizing my resilience and ability to overcome challenges and as a leader engage others to achieve their best. This translates to my daily life now as a College student having the ability to be both an exceptional public speaker, and classroom leader. I am eager to continue to learn new skills and gain new experiences to prepare myself to be an up and coming leader in the business world.
