As a minority, service-disabled veteran and female-owned company with a combined ~40 years in business in the Brazos Valley and Central Texas, our roots run deep. Serving one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas and the 2nd largest university in the country, Koll’s broad range of services and diverse partnerships is built to stay ahead of the curve.Ultimately, our job is serving the needs of people. Improving their surroundings to enable them to be better, do better and accomplish more.Koll is derived from the Greek name Nikolaos. Broken into two parts, Nike, Greek for ‘Victory’ and Laos, Greek for ‘of the people.’ Every project, at its genesis, is an evolution to something better than what existed before.
