   In the winter of 2022, Island Kitchen expanded from Nantucket down to the sunny Palm Beach, Florida. IK Catering is made up of a dynamic and versatile team that has a commitment to excellence and a diverse range of services. Over the past two winters we have grown partnerships with non-profit organizations, families, and clients through our commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. In 2023, Island Kitchen Catering was invited to join the prestigious Leading Caterers of America, representing two markets- Nantucket and Palm Beach.In November of 2023, we expanded our inflight catering operation from Nantucket to Naples, Florida. We currently service passengers and crew members for private planes out of Southwest Florida, including APF, MKY, RSW, and FMY. In our first season, we maintained a high guest satisfaction rate and had over guest impressions.In June of 2024, we expanded IK InFlight to Southeast Florida where we currently servicing PBI and BCT.
