As a beach service attendant, my group setup around 200-250 chairs and 100-125 umbrellas a day for customers at Sand Piper Cove. We then walked each customer to their preferred chairs on the beach, getting to know who they are. This made them want to keep coming back every year building long term relationships. Working in a group for years made me realize how much teamwork is valued and making sure everyone fits in. I also became a leader to the incoming employees since I have years of experience. This also shows loyalty to a business that I like working for.
