   As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Zach aims to help you maximize your career and personal potential.Professionally, Zach is the Executive Director of Lori\'s Hands, Inc. He leads a high-performing team of professionals across numerous states. Lori\'s Hands, Inc. is a non-profit organization that builds mutually beneficial partnerships between community members with chronic illness and college students, fostering empathy, connection, and resilience. Students provide practical assistance to support community members\' independence at home, and community members share their health and life experiences to support students\' learning. Zach\'s expertise encompasses nonprofit organization management, development and fundraising, strategic planning, and direct service. He has also served as the Executive Director of Leadership Centre County and as a professional consultant for nonprofit and civic organizations.Zach is delighted to incorporate his Gallup training as he continues to help people focus on and benefit from their strengths. He has been coaching - through both formal roles and volunteer involvement - since 2009. Zach brings an immense amount of energy and enthusiasm towards his individual and team coaching, emphasizing using strengths-based approaches to achieve long-term, actionable results.
