About Zach B.

I am a recent graduate from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. My field of study is Organizational Leadership which gave me the ability to leverage my knowledge and skills in real life scenarios. I began working for WhiteHorse Consulting right out of college where I was trained to deal with customer-client relationships in the sales and marketing division. From Account Executive, I worked my way up for two years to become an Executive Trainer, which involved many back end responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training potential and existing employees. With two more years of experience I had the opportunity to take my talents down to Dallas, Texas. From there I helped open up a business with a company called TouchStone Direct. My job sat in the sales and marketing division as an Executive Trainer, similar to what I was doing at WhiteHorse. Starting with only 6 employees in February of 2021, we had built a team to over 30 employees and recently expanded to a larger office in the heart of Dallas as of August 2021. I eventually moved back into my hometown of Bellbrook, OH where I currently reside. I pivoted into the world of logistics an excel by utilizing my sales and marking experience. Past/current employers and co-workers would say I am very driven, laser-focused, motivating, but I can also be empathetic, understanding, and open-minded. This gives me the ability to excel at what I do and move my way up the latter in the corporate world.
