Being an Account Manager with Navia Benefit Solutions for two years now I am serving my clients with transparency, hearing their Navia experience, and educating them on our benefits. In such short time I feel like an expert in teaching my clients our different tools and walking them step by step in completing the task they have at hand. My previous role as Shift Supervisor with Starbucks, I quickly took on a leadership role where I created a positive learning environment by providing clear, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve partner performance.My previous role before the Shift Supervisor I was an Account Manager for CDK Global in Seattle. As an Account Manager I worked with a digital marketing agency in the automotive industry and gained experience in Account Management, Salesforce, Web Analytics, and B2B Customer Communication. Outside of work I spend majority of my time being a father to my two daughters watching them grow and planning life out with my fiancé. I also spend time working on my digital marketing brand, Dumas Digital, where I promote and advertise Seattle small businesses products, events, and services. While starting this digital marketing brand I have sharpened my skills in entrepreneurship, photography, event marketing, social media marketing, content creation and business networking.
