About Zac Ranisate

I’m a civil engineer and Client Program Leader at AE2S, where I focus on supporting municipal clients across North Dakota as they navigate complex infrastructure decisions and long-term community needs.My career began with AE2S as an intern while attending the University of North Dakota, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through several roles including Engineer in Training, Project Engineer, and Project Manager, working on a wide range of municipal infrastructure projects.My background spans drinking water systems, wastewater treatment, collection systems, and civil infrastructure. That technical foundation allows me to understand the operational, regulatory, and financial challenges communities face when planning and maintaining essential infrastructure.In my current role, I work closely with project managers, operations leaders, and technical specialists to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities, and help position the right expertise to support communities across the region.I’m particularly passionate about helping communities make thoughtful infrastructure decisions that will serve their residents for decades to come.
