ABOUT ZAC FLYNT

As Senior Managing Director at Citi Habitats, Zac supervises nearly 100 talented agents and is integral in helping them excel. As a non-competing manager, he provides hands-on support in all areas of real estate to ensure the best performance from his agents, and the highest level of service to their clients. A big believer in training and mentoring, Zac strives to cultivate an environment where agents are constantly being inspired and challenged to take their business to the next level. He accomplishes this through customized one-on-one training, tailoring a plan suited to each individual agent’s personal style and unique situation; plus he offers numerous group trainings each week that concentrate on creative prospecting and marketing techniques.Zac earned his well-deserved management title after years as an award-winning rental and sales agent himself. A top producer at the Citi Habitats’ Upper West Side office, he received such coveted accolades as Rising Star of the Year, the Silver Award Winner and the Outstanding Customer Service Award.A native of Arkansas, Zac attended the University of Arkansas/Sam M. Walton College of Business. His career path has always centered in sales and customer service, which made real estate a natural path for him. Previously, Zac worked in a family business managing 30 employees, overseeing daily operations and handling outside sales. Personally, Zac lives on the Upper West Side and is an avid sports fan. Besides golf, tennis and basketball, he has developed a passion for playing polo in his spare time.
