Associate Bid Director of the Major Pursuits Team at AECOM Europe. I am responsible for both the upfront strategy and then management of our largest bidding opportunities (>$25m in fee) across both Europe and globally. Covering all of AECOM’s end-markets and with a particular focus on D&B and Programme Management, I work with our delivery and wider bid teams to understand exactly what the client requires and how best we can position ourselves to win the opportunity, then following this through into the directing of a market leading bid response. I am also one of AECOM\'s leads for Social Value. Working alongside our Europe Exec Team and Social Value Steering Group, I help oversee our strategy and standard operating model for this hugely important agenda; representing AECOM externally at various roundtables, panels and events on the subject.
