Experienced Software Developer with a Bachelor\'s degreefocused in Computer Science from Saint Peter’s University.With over 3+ years of diverse experience in software development and IT infrastructure, I have a strong foundation in Java programming and a deep passion for my Salesforce career as a Salesforce Administrator, where I developed a strong foundation in CRM management. My responsibilities included user management, role hierarchies, permission sets, and data integrity. I became proficient in tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Reports & Dashboards, helping business teams stay organized and data-driven. I also handled data imports/exports, validation rules, and basic automation to streamline processes.As I gained experience and a deeper understanding of business needs, I transitioned into a Salesforce Developer role. In this position, I focused on building custom solutions using Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and later, Lightning Web Components (LWC). I worked on complex Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, created custom objects and relationships, and integrated Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. I also participated in Agile sprints, collaborating with product managers and QA teams to deliver scalable and testable code. Debugging and performance optimization became a big part of my toolkit.Now, I’ve grown into a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, where I specialize in marketing automation and customer engagement. I work with tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio to create dynamic, personalized journeys. I write AMPscript and SSJS to control content logic and integrate data sources for personalized communications. I also manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and set up real-time and batch data syncs using Marketing Cloud Connect. My role involves building highly targeted and responsive campaigns, driving better engagement and ROI. I’ve also worked on data modeling, audience segmentation, and email deliverability best practices.Thanks to my full journey across Admin, Developer, and Marketing Cloud roles, I have a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem from backend logic to front-end marketing execution. I’m able to bridge the gap between technical development and business communication strategies, making me a versatile and strategic contributor to any Salesforce team.
