About Zabit Majeed
About Me : My name is Zabit Majeed, and I’m an ethical hacker and cybersecurity researcher from Jammu and Kashmir, India. With a deep-rooted passion for cybersecurity, I love solving complex security challenges, discovering vulnerabilities, and helping secure the digital world. My journey into ethical hacking is driven by endless curiosity and a constant desire to learn how systems work and how they can be broken safely to make them stronger. From analyzing technical flaws to understanding the bigger picture of security, I enjoy every step of the process. What I Do : I specialize in vulnerability research, bug bounty hunting, and offensive security testing. My primary areas of focus include SQL Injections, Cross-Site Scripting, Insecure Direct Object References, broken access controls, business logic vulnerabilities and more. I also enjoy performing OSINT investigations and automating recon using custom scripts and tools. Whether I’m finding a misconfigured endpoint or bypassing complex filters, my goal is to understand systems inside out and help secure them before malicious actors get the chance. Achievements : I’ve successfully reported critical vulnerabilities and helped secure some of the world’s most respected organizations. This includes NASA, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, and several U.S. Government agencies, such as the Department of the Interior. I’ve also collaborated with numerous Companies, startups, and private programs across platforms like HackerOne, Bugcrowd. My work has led to acknowledgments, Halls of Fame listings, and invitations to private programs validating my commitment to ethical and impactful security research. Sharing Knowledge : Beyond hacking, I dedicate time to sharing what I learn. I write technical breakdowns, vulnerability write-ups, and security guides on Medium, where I aim to educate and empower others in the cybersecurity field. Sharing my experiences not only helps others grow it also strengthens my own understanding of the craft Goals : My mission is to become one of the top ethical hackers in the world not just in skill, but in integrity and impact. I aim to keep mastering new exploitation techniques, build tools that help other researchers, and contribute to creating a safer digital ecosystem. I’m also passionate about teaching, open-source contributions, and eventually mentoring new hackers who are just starting their journey. Every vulnerability I find, every report I write, and every lesson I share brings me closer to that goal.
