Analyze spend and create proper accruals for monthly reports.Utilize specific knowledge of the logistics trends and capabilities to identify and negotiate areas for cost reductions and saving opportunities which have netted in >$1.5 MM/year in savings.Identify and execute and negotiate cost reduction projects such as adding Ferromex to help deliver overall rail variable and fixed cost productivity targets.
