Maximize GCGV storage capacity utilization, manage inbound and outbound flows, and Cleaning & Maintenance.Went from 80% GCGV Railcar on-time delivery percentage in 2021 to a current 99% on-time delivery.Oversee IntelliTrans and all rail Service providers such as UP, BNSF, KCSM, NS, CSX as well as monitor and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for each one.Created all current best processes for GCGV. This includes all Training, EHS & S processes, Step By Step Instructions, and RCCA’s.Effectively execute and negotiate 2.5 M in monthly invoice auditing and approval of automated payment processes. Analyze spend and create proper accruals for monthly reports.Utilize specific knowledge of the logistics trends and capabilities to identify and negotiate areas for cost reductions and saving opportunities which have netted in >$1.5 MM/year in savings.Identify and execute and negotiate cost reduction projects such as adding Ferromex to help deliver overall rail variable and fixed cost productivity targets.
