With over 25 years of global human capital leadership experience, including four times as a CHRO, I founded YourTalentMatters LLC to provide best practice solutions to multi-industry clients. My mission is to help organizations optimize their talent investments, transform their cultures, and thrive in times of uncertainty and transition.My expertise spans HR strategy and team leadership, C-suite succession and leadership development, talent acquisition and management, organization structure and design, belonging cultures and DEI, and total rewards and performance. I have successfully led and contributed to double-digit growth and cultural transformations in various sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, consulting, media, financial services, and consumer products.
