I am the Director of Hays HR and Legal recuitment practices in the UKI. I lead Hays\' commitment to the active promotion and realisation of true business diversity.and inclusion with our customers in the UKI I spearhead Hays’ commitment to being recruiting experts by ensuring that our major recruitment linked activities and insights are designed to positively promote and create more diverse workforces and inclusive workplace cultures. I chair Hays Leading Women, a fast growing and highly regarded membership group for experienced professional women from across the world of work. I lead the expert Hays Human Resources and Hays Legal recruitment teams across the UK. I was featured in the SIA 2020 and 2019 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing lists, which recognise the female leaders and influencers across the global staffing sector.

A recruiting expert and Group Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Hays, I lead Hays\' commitment to the active promotion and practical realisation of opportunities for individuals and organisations practically based on the principles of diversity, equity & inclusion. I lead our teams of HR, Legal and Company Secretarial recruiting experts across the UK & I. Our expert consultants provide expert permanent, and temporary recruitment and career advice and solutions consultants. I also lead the development and delivery of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practice at Hays working with colleagues and customers towards a shared goal of creating more diverse workforces and more inclusive workplaces. I chair Hays Leading Women, a fast growing and highly regarded membership group for experienced professional women from across the world of work. I was featured in the SIA 2021, 2020 and 2019 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing lists, which recognise the female leaders and influencers across the global staffing sector. I have significant media experience and often create as well as participate as a keynote speaker, panellist, moderator and judge at industry leading events.
