I work on Product Ops at Snapchat, based in New York City. 10% of the world uses Snapchat every single day. Our high-caliber team works hard to keep it a safe, kind, smart, and creative platform. Previous to Snap I was an Operations and Strategy Lead at the Office of Eric Schmidt where I focused on building our non-charitable products leveraging LLMs (AI), scaling social ventures, and forming external partnerships. Before that, I had an incredible journey at Uber where I managed a team and developed my strategy and operations skills by building and operating a multinational customer support network. I started my career as a consultant (Associate) at the Boston Consulting Group in Atlanta where I worked on pricing, due diligences, and education strategy.I thrive in a fast-paced, candid, in-person work environments with a mission that grows opportunities for people and the business.
