Oversee daily operations of the post production department at Wondros, a full-service creative agency that creates social impact content and campaigns for mission driven organizations. • Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure efficient workflows for the Post team: created a hot sheet to track active, imminent, and pending tasks/deliverables to provide immediate status transparency. • Directed the Post team\'s onboarding and integration of Wrike project management system to centralize project communication and collaboration. • Spearheaded the utilization of uniform documents across departments to establish clarity among internal teams from start to finish. • Build relationships and work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of video content and assets. • Collaborate with Production on remote/virtual filming sessions to capture highest possible quality footage. • Maintain and perform quality control of all deliverables. • Identify and maintain freelance talent database to call on as projects require.
