I partner with business owners and senior leadership teams to build confident leaders, high-performing cultures and organisations that scale.Through Prospero People, I help ambitious organisations solve the people and leadership challenges that limit growth – from unclear leadership capability and disengaged teams to misaligned people strategy and underperforming culture.My work focuses on:• building strong, confident people leaders through Institute of Leadership accredited leadership programmes• creating and embedding clear vision, values and behavioural standards• strengthening organisational performance and culture• developing practical, commercially grounded People Strategy• supporting business owners to turn people challenges into competitive advantageAs an accredited Coach and Mentor, I act as a trusted critical friend to business owners and people leaders – supporting, challenging and advising on the decisions that shape their organisations and their own leadership effectiveness.I am a commercially focused HR & Organisational Development professional with over 25 years’ experience across SMEs through to multi-million-pound international organisations. I am particularly experienced in professional services and fast-growing, transforming organisations – and I am a business owner myself.I hold an MSc in Advanced Leadership Practice and am a Fellow of both the CIPD and the Institute of Leadership. I have spent many years operating at senior leadership level, establishing and directing People & OD functions that are both operationally robust and transformationally impactful.I work with an experienced, down-to-earth associate team, supporting organisations on a one-off, project or retained basis – always focused on practical outcomes and long-term performance.I believe in doing serious work with good people and a sense of humour.
