With a robust background in purchasing, customs compliance, and supply chain and operations controlling, I have developed a deep passion for operations management and process improvements. This passion was further enriched during my time as a Tauber Institute of Global Operations fellow at the University of Michigan, where I focused my MBA studies on optimizing business processes. Currently, I lead a team of plant controllers at Henkel in Duesseldorf, in the adhesives production. My role involves not only analyzing numbers but also fostering strong team collaboration across diverse groups. My ability to bridge gaps—between colleagues, departments, cultures, and languages—has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes and enhancing operational efficiencies. Career Goals I am keen on leveraging my extensive experience in manufacturing and controlling within new contexts. I am particularly interested in roles that encompass cross-functional leadership, project management, or administrative direction in varied industries.
