ABOUT YVONNE MACPHEE

I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people grow — what unlocks confidence during life transitions and career milestones, strengthens leadership, and sparks meaningful change. That curiosity has shaped my entire career and continues to guide my work today. As the founder of Aurora Edge Coaching, I support two groups of people who are often navigating pivotal moments: • Corporate leaders who want to perform at their best — without burning out — or who are exploring their next career move. • Individuals experiencing a life transition who want clarity, confidence, and a grounded space to think. My work is rooted in more than two decades of experience across learning & development, coaching, leadership, and organisational transformation. I’ve led high‑performing teams, shaped cultures, and guided organisations through complex change. My years at Insights strengthened my ability to build collaborative, values‑driven teams and lead with empathy, curiosity, and strategic focus. Managing the Insights Foundation deepened my commitment to purpose‑led work, community impact, and social change. Earlier in my career, I developed expertise in training management, performance coaching, and sales leadership — experience that continues to shape my belief that growth is both a personal journey and a shared responsibility. Today, through Aurora Edge Coaching, I bring together everything I’ve learned about human development, behavioural insight, and meaningful leadership. I’m energised by supporting people to stretch their thinking, navigate uncertainty, and build greater self‑awareness — whether they’re stepping into a new chapter of life or redefining what leadership means for them. Outside of work, I stay grounded through time outdoors, my dogs, and my own ongoing learning journey.
