I’m a Senior Associate at New York Life with 25+ years of experience helping teams navigate change and embrace innovation. Within Business Solutions, I currently lead initiatives like the Career Hub and Ignite AI Influencer that support career growth and AI adoption. I lead business planning, drive employee engagement, and support ad-hoc projects across the organization.I’m passionate about building inclusive communities through my work with NYLPride ERG and Volunteers for Good, and I’m inspired by how New York Life invests in our people and innovation to shape what’s next. Outside of work, I dedicate my time to community-driven problem solving.
