About Yvonne Doble
My passion is to participate in organizations that bring forward the voice of those with direct experience into the discussions that effect their lives and on-going policy development. I am particularly interested in creating organizational structures which support the leadership and engagement of those served. My leadership approach incorporates collaborative decision making, effective communication and building strong teams. I am skilled in a wide range of communication formats including public presentations, creating outreach materials, providing training facilitation, developing program specific curriculum, project coordination, and program evaluation - including focus group facilitation. I particularly have a strong knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of building effective models of volunteer engagement within non-profit organizations.
