ABOUT YVONNE CLARKE

I help businesses to thrive by removing stress, increase productivity and improve staff wellbeingBusiness leaders hire me to work with them to address key frustrations which impact on business productivity, growth, people, processes and profit. Often challenges stem from lack of consistent process, poor staff engagement, staff sickness absences, or as a consequence of movement into hybrid working, presenteeism is increasing. They recognition that people management is just incredibly hard!On the surface level it’s things like not having sufficient ‘boots on the ground’ due to sickness absence, or staff are just not as productive as you would expect, which is keeping them awake at night. It could be they are bothered by staff finding it difficult to cope with the change to hybrid working, and staff are reporting they are under pressure. For some sectors changes required to ensure the organisation is COVID safe mean that staff are taking on a ‘policing role’, which has historically not been part of staff roles which is creating friction, or staff are fearful of reducing restrictions resulting in poor performance. I work with business owners and professions who understand that effective people management will improve productivity, and seek to empower their staff, in order to deliver on turnover and profit aspirations whilst ensuring the wellbeing of their team.IMPORTANT: there are some people I won\'t work with- People who see poor job performance, health problems and absenteeism as being the problem of the individual employee only- People who stigmatise mental wellbeing. I provide professional development, training in a classroom setting or one to one or online, to help you and your managers, support your team members to stay healthy and in work. Our health professional team including psychological therapists and fitness instructors provide workplace advice/events tailored to your organisational needs including emotional resilience, stress management, nutrition and weight management support. Our expert team of vocational rehabilitation specialists can help you manage either repetitive short term/long term sickness absence/presenteeism. Our experienced management team can help you engage your staff so that they are invest in the work they do which leads to increase productivity, work quality, and retain your top talent’contact: Yvonne ClarkeEmail: y••••••••@pathwayscic.co.ukTelephone: 07•••••••39
