Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my ability to deliver structure, streamline workflows, and support both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.Recently, I’ve focused on consulting for logistics and international trade companies by supporting bonded warehouse applications, creating warehouse manuals and SOPs, creating tools to manage foreign agent networks, and building scalable processes for import/export, warehouse operations, and customer service.In addition to consulting, I manage the administrative, operational, and strategic functions of several service-based businesses of my own.
