Yvonne is a highly motivated individual with a commitment to service excellence. She is currently a Director, Consulting Services working with a government Crown. As the Client Partnership Management Office she is responsible for the delivery of CGI services to the client. She interfaces with multiple CGI BU\'s for the delivery of services and meets regularly with the customer. Her extensive experience delivering IT solutions to clients over the past years, allows her to provide comprehensive service and quality solutions to our clients.In her previous role she was an Executive Consultant in the Business Engineering group within CGI. Yvonne was responsible for preparing Tier 1 infrastructure proposals for current and future clients. Yvonne also assisted with project implementation and worked with the delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition for our client. Yvonne has extensive experience in all aspects of Service Desk (Help Desk) delivery and previously held the position of Director, Consulting responsible for CGI’s Western Canada Service Desk located in Regina, Saskatchewan. In that role, she was responsible for a 7/24 service desk team of 75+ members supporting 12 clients throughout North America. Her primary role was to enhance existing client relationships and develop and implement new client opportunities.
