CONSULTANT (2010 – 2015) Responsible for developing diversity strategies for the Disability and Veterans workforce, delivering management consulting services and collaborating with senior management to implement solutions and achieve strategic goals. Successfully manage 6 Project SEARCH intern programs and identify and implement new sites, resulting in 76% intern placement rate. Co-chair National Disabled Population Support Council to implement programs and processes and developed the re-launch of the Disability Multi-Cultural Business Resource Groups (MBRG). Research, conduct internal assessments and develop cost analysis of National Strategic Partnerships, identifying NSHMBA, ALFPA, USBLN and NBMBAA. Successfully grew business partnerships and negotiated sponsorship of national associations saving 40%+ in costs. Developed MBRG enterprise-wide implementation template for organizational use Co-led the Latino Business Strategy (LBS), completed strategy map and objectives, formed advisory group and piloted program in Southern California which created awareness and development of future workforce needs. Spearheaded and developed 4 Veterans and Disability workshops for 450 National Diversity and Inclusion conference attendees RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (2006 – 2010) Oversaw a staff of 250 and an annual budget of $34 million and provided services to 19 hospitals and 30+ clinics. Implemented successful recruitment strategies including sourcing team of 12 recruiters that filled challenging positions within Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy and Business/Management arenas; successfully identified 50 qualified candidates within a 6-week time frame.
