I help individuals and businesses protect their valuable Intellectual Property. I have worked in the Intellectual Property field for over 30 years. 24 of those years have been in the UK, with experience both in house and in private practice, working on trade mark portfolio management including brand clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trade mark applications and registrations on a global basis, and trade mark enforcement. I specialise in trade mark prosecution work, and regularly handle a large variety of work relating to UK, EUTM and international trade mark prosecution, including trade mark selection, trade mark clearance, strategic filing programs, enforcement and portfolio management. I also have experience in dealing with contentious matters, including trade mark oppositions, infringement actions and cancellations, customs seizures and anti-counterfeiting matters with Trading Standards.
