As the branch manager II at Surge Staffing, I oversee the operations and performance of the Tennessee and Mississippi markets, leading, sales and a team of recruiters. I am responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with labor laws and OSHA regulations, and delivering quality service and satisfaction.I have a strong background in payroll administration, having worked as a payroll administrator at Gossett Motor Cars for over a year. I have experience with various payroll systems, such as ADP and Kronos, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also bilingual in (Spanish), which enables me to communicate effectively with diverse clients and employees. I am a detail-oriented, strategic, and innovative thinker, with excellent relationship and time management skills.
