Originally having interviewed for the Analyst role at this start-up; I persuaded the hiring committee - during the interview - of the need to inherit my accountability for as many as 20 projects simultaneously while relieving the Operations Director of an immense workload. At the same time, I oversaw 2 I.T. technicians and a dozen physician trainers / nurses situated across the U.S. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS WHERE I:* raised CathWorks\' corporate visibility among the general public and the social media community in particular by authoring new clauses in our contracts where we secured blanket permission from hospitals for CathWorks to use photos in our social media and publications.* drastically lowered our contract approval turnarounds a minimum of 66%(i.e, from 6+ to just 2 months) from as much as 6 months to just 1 month, by parlaying my newfound knowledge of LinkSquares to organize, revise, and ultimately finalize (with hospital legal teams) a series of legal files and contracts.* eradicated I.T. questionnaires \"slipping through the cracks\" by devising a tracking methodology that monitored system approvals which needed to be integrated into 20+ hospitals.* upheld email thread integrity pertaining to record and job history maintenance by creating a new SOP that focused on how emails should be replied to using \"Reply All\"- an action that was since adopted and enacted company-wide when discussing a job site; this began with the original kick-off email to the facility, which happens as soon as the contract is finalized and signed by both parties.* guaranteed that vital information could be located more quickly and easily by establishing and standardizing naming conventions for 100+ hospitals.
