As the Manager EMEA Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for the development and implementation of the EMEA TA strategy for Vertiv, which encompasses all levels and types of recruitment from the early career to executive hiring. Managing a team of the Talent Acquisition Partners and the Talent Acquisition Admin & Sourcing Specialists across the EMEA region and being involved in the global TA strategy. Interaction with HRBPs and Department VPs and Marketing is part of the daily tasks.
