Established executive and research investigator with 25 years of experience in rare genetic disorders (musculoskeletal, renal and cardiovascular diseases) responsible for the identification and evaluation of novel therapeutic approaches from discovery to late development• Key indications: X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets, osteogenesis imperfecta, achondroplasia, Alport Syndrome, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, ENPP1 Deficiency (GACI 1 and ARHR2) and ABCC6 Deficiency (GACI 2 and PXE), calciphylaxis, osteoporosis, and vascular calcification• Experience in small molecules, gene therapy (AAV) and biologics (antibodies and enzyme replacement therapies)• Regulatory experience encompassing investigator brochure, IND, BLA and briefing book authoring. Regulatory agency interactions: FDA, EMA, MHRA, Saudi FDA and PMDA• Set out and maintained collaborative network with outside thought leaders and principal investigators in renal, bone, ectopic calcification and mineral metabolism• Experienced with investor interactions, participating in several investor healthcare conferences, involved in 2 rounds of fundraising ($73M & $69M), diligence work that led to the acquisition of Inozyme by BioMarin for $270M
