ABOUT YVES LACHANCE

I am currently leading the development of the Harry Potter and Game of Thrones franchises within Warner Bros’ Games division. In addition, I also head the Montreal studio of WB Games, with multiple dev teams working on the key WB franchises DC Comics, Harry Potter, Mortal Kombat and Game of Thrones.Previously, I headed the Montreal studio for Bethesda Game Studios, developer of Starfield and award winning franchises The Elder Scrolls and Fallout. I also led overall resourcing, internal and external, for all Bethesda Game Studios projects.Previously, at Behaviour, I led the creation of the indie publishing group with the development of multiplayer PC games Dead by Daylight and Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade. In parallel, I co-led the transformation of Behaviour\'s Work-For-Hire business into strategic long term relationships with publishers.In an earlier period at Behaviour, I oversaw multiple game development teams, developing Work-For-Hire games on fixed & portable consoles, PC MMOs, Facebook & mobile platforms, for the largest publishers on franchises.Before joining Behaviour, I co-founded and grew a bootstrapped software start-up in Internet telecoms and online multiplayer games. Over a decade, I created and led various groups: production, sales, marketing, bizdev, product management & IT.I have worked in the Video Games & Information Security industries.Experience: Production (games), Business Development, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, IT.
