Control mission in project management for Olympic Games Paris 2024 and The Castle of CaenIn these different projects I am in charge of supplying networks and roads: drinking water, sanitation, gas, electricity, fiber optics, pedestrian and car facilities.Main Tasks :* Ensure the management and monitoring of the works budget* Check and validate execution plans* Control the organization of the site (human resources and necessary materials, storage, access, request for authorization from energy suppliers, relations with subcontractors* Coordinate the various interventions on the site and monitor the progress of the work* Organise, lead site meetings and write reports* Ensure the link between the different actors of the project (project management, design offices, execution teams, service providers and co-contractors* Ensure that the comments made by the inspection bodies are taken into account* Draw up the list of reservations during work acceptance operations and leads the control and lifting of reserve points* Establish reports, carry out measurements, control work situations* Implémentation of tools for formalizing site monitoring documents and preparation
