   ESG• /• • • Design and consolidate Lenovo global supply chain risk management system and theoretical structure• Administer the Global Risk Management Committee to work closely with the global departments (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing,Logistics, Fulfillment, ESG, Legal, etc.), hold the monthly risk council meeting to communicate, evaluate and discuss the handling ofmajor business-driven risk events in various departments around the world• Comprehensively assess the potential risks of the Lenovo corporate and its respective business units, make long-term planning and solutionresearch for major potential/ongoing risks, participate in specific risk solution research, and finally evaluate the risk treatment results,complete landing and closed-loop management• In response to major emergencies such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the Taiwan crisis, we set up a war room with the heads of allrelevant departments in the first time. Based on the specific business of each department, we assessed the short and medium term impactsand designed solutions, recorded and monitored them, summarized them and reported them to the board of Lenovo Global Supply Chain.• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on macro situations such as decoupling between China and the United States, global interest ratehike, European situation and industrial topics such as electric vehicles, semiconductor localization, intelligent manufacturing, discusspotential business points of Lenovo with various departments, and timely summarize and report to senior management for reference.
