I am passionate on driving innovations and building transformational systems in high-performance and ambitious AI. Since 2019, I have co-founded and led DeepSpeed project, which has become a popular and industry-leading open-source solution for optimize training, inference and compression of large-scale deep learning models.In addition to deep learning systems, my work spreads across optimizing performance and efficiency of various parallel and distributed systems such as information retrieval, data management, graph processing, and large-scale cloud infrastructure and services.
