ABOUT YUVRAJ BAINS
I am a Software Engineering student at Carleton University with hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems and distributed backends. I have extensive experience with Python and Java across frameworks like FastAPI, Spring Boot, and React, deploying on AWS and Kubernetes. Currently at Nokia I develop agentic and multimodal AI pipelines for real network infrastructure using LangGraph. My personal projects span transformer-based recommendation systems, vector search with FAISS, and computer vision with YOLOv8 + OpenCV, each driven by a genuine interest in pushing my skills across the full ML and systems stack. I am drawn to problems where machine learning and systems engineering are equally hard and am confident contributing to teams solving them.
