I am currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance, where I troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage IT systems, provide remote support, and assist end-users with software and network problems. This role has strengthened my problem-solving, analytical thinking, scripting, and system management skills, giving me a solid technical foundation that I am now leveraging toward software development.Alongside my professional experience, I am a passionate and driven full-stack developer in training, with hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React, MongoDB, MySQL, HTML, and CSS. I have applied these skills in academic and personal projects, including:** Smart Healthcare System – a full-stack application predicting disease severity using patient metrics, which led to a published research paper.** JobLane – a MERN stack job portal developed during my internship, where I designed backend architecture, implemented APIs, and built a responsive frontend.These experiences have taught me how to structure real-world applications, write clean and efficient code, and think like a developer—not just a student.
