Implemented a Redis-based caching and coalescing layer to store insurer premium and addon responses,minimizing redundant upstream calls and optimizing quote retrieval speed. Reduced repeated insurer APIhits by 75pc, improved cache hit ratio to 85pc, and decreased average quote latency from 1.2 s to 350 ms. Architected a single-hit API integration layer that consolidates premium + addon fetch requests acrossmultiple insurance partners, enabling parallel fetch, smart merging, and retry logic. Cut overall insurer APIcall volume by 60pc, improved response reliability to 99pc. Developed end-to-end payment integration flows including tokenization, 3DS/OTP handling, webhook rec-onciliation, and fallback routing for multiple gateways. Boosted payment success rate, achieved webhookreliability.
