Reduced repeated insurer APIhits by 75pc, improved cache hit ratio to 85pc, and decreased average quote latency from 1.2 s to 350 ms. Architected a single-hit API integration layer that consolidates premium + addon fetch requests acrossmultiple insurance partners, enabling parallel fetch, smart merging, and retry logic. Cut overall insurer APIcall volume by 60pc, improved response reliability to 99pc. Developed end-to-end payment integration flows including tokenization, 3DS/OTP handling, webhook rec-onciliation, and fallback routing for multiple gateways. Boosted payment success rate, achieved webhookreliability.
