Support creation of test planning and scripts, whilst also owning User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Software development lifecycle from inception throughout design, engineering, testing and deployment. Client requirement gathering, elicitation, functional solution design and defect triage- Requirement elicitation in translating the business needs to functional specification documentation using various elicitation techniques such as use cases, survey, event lists, review validation, competitive product analysis and document analysis- Analyze the data, define the requirements and implement campaigns using tools such as ConvertCart SAAS, Klaviyo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud- Defining business metrics and create visualization dashboard to understand the campaign and process outputs using PowerBI and Google Data Studio- Consistently delivered 7% conversion rate and 10% average revenue impact for every quarter.
