Develop Demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends to increase delivery reliability. Forecasting customer schedule and providing priorities for production planning accordingly to avoid premium freights. Schedule weekly DCC (Demand Capacity Check) & monthly forecast meetings with all stake holders and aligning production as required. Involving in Supplier production planning to align materials as per our production plan.New Product Development feasibility and process flow chart preparing. Preparing Process flow, Control Plan, APQP, PFMEA, Process drawing, SOP’s & Work Instruction. Providing HTS codes for finished goods, equipment’s, raw materials for Global Classification of the Products. Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project. Capacity analysis of the sub-contractors and issuing material and implementing new methods to increase the capacity. Team building & troubleshooting client’s issues, Root cause analysis and finding solution to solve it. Undergone manpower study to stabilize the work and increase the output efficiency. Ensure the parts are dispatched to the customer on-time & every time. Prioritize daily dispatch based on inbound shipping schedules, monthly dispatch, and open sales order status.
